We tried to find a fair and easy solution for the shipping cost and came up with a solution from which we feel it fulfill these requirements. We in fact subsidize in most cases the occurring cost. We charge no separate handling fee, no extra taxes on shipping cost and on top of all shipping is free for orders over $ 300.
Returns
All merchandise must be returned in original condition within 30 days of the invoice date and excludes all delivery and or shipping charges. Please phone 250-296-6806 in advance for authorizing a return. If merchandise is not returned in original unused condition and has apparent wear, your return will be refused or adjusted by a minimum of 15% to allow for a reduced reselling price. If the item you ordered is the wrong size or you would prefer another color, then let us help you. If you wish to make an exchange, it must be shipped pre-paid at your expense, in original condition within 30 days.
